Science for Nature-Based Solutions
EarthRise provides science consulting and data analysis services for customers who scale nature-based solutions and regenerative agriculture/design across various climate regimes or bioregions. We work across the range of the project lifecycle from planning to implementation to impact assessment and monitoring.
Tailored to customer needs, we provide consulting on experiment design, monitoring needs and requirements, data collection and analysis. We work with the customer to establish a holistic and sufficient range of data collection for their projects ranging from on-the-ground in
situ and lab measurements, to drone surveys and large-scale remote sensing assessments.
Assessments and planning preparations can include a baseline status of the land, levels of degradation, ecosystem health, water resources and quality. Monitoring and analysis include mapping variables of interest and displaying metrics that describe progress over time.

Showing Impact
Remote sensing data can provide insights into how ecosystem health is progressing over time. Starting from an initial baseline given a particular vegetation profile or a control site, we assess and quantify vegetation health, hydrologic conditions, and microclimate creation.
